CANCELLATION POLICY:
For groups of five or more, payments are fully refundable if cancelled up to 21 days before the departure date (groups). For groups of 4 or less, Kootenay River Runners requires five days notice prior to trip date for cancellations.  In the unlikely event that Kootenay River Runners Ltd. must cancel a trip due to high water levels, illness, or conditions beyond our control, alternate dates or refunds will be given as preferred.

LIABILITY:
Although we take every precaution to ensure a safe trip, we cannot assume responsibility for your safety or loss of personal equipment. With Whitewater Rafting, an element or risk is inherent and beyond human control. A signed release will be required of all participants. A parent/guardian release is required for rafter under 19 years.

Your username will be your e-mail address. You will need to remember both your username and password for subsequent booking access.
